Sent the wrong lug pattern then it took days before that would respond to my messages they said it was a mistake from the factory .? That was a lie because the rim was wrapped in pizza paper packaging. Not a very ❌❗️❌❗️❌❗️good experience with this seller I would NOT recommend them RJ powersportswould be a much better they have bigger inventory and lower prices buyer beware ❌❌❌❌

The item was an open box item, It was boxed wrong from factory and we missed this. Yes there was pizza paper in the box, your correct. We put extra packing in the box before we ship it so it would not get damaged, perhaps it would be better to send it out without packing? Also we offered a full refund and to take it back, the buyer would not send it back and said he wanted to keep it. There was a mistake and we tried to correct it.
