The picture for this item conveniently covered the the missing trigger lock button with the cord. The missing trigger lock was also not mentioned in the description. The seller did offer a "no hassle" refund but having to repackage and ship the item just to get back to square one is a hassle. While this refund policy is nice, it should apply to non-preventable issues that occur. Photos and descriptions that don't accurately describe the product are a hassle regardless of the return policy.

Hassle free returns are there to put you back to square one. You are just wanted to end up on top which is not something anyone is going to offer you. We offer hassle free returns on all our items. You not wanting you use it is not something we can control unfortunately. I know what you were after. You want me to give you money to try to avoid this feedback, so that you arn't at "square one". Well that is called feedback extortion and against eBay policy.
