Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: There are NO SHIPPING FEES, for any destination.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I deliver stamps internationally.
Q: How can I pay?
A: I accept PayPal; Skrill; personnal checks in USD and CAD; bank drafts in USD and CAD; money orders in CAD, USD and GBP; bank transfers (only for more than 100$) in CAD; or cash (ask for procedure) in CAD, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CZK, HUF, NOK and DKK. For exchange rates, refer to Yahoo currency Converter.
Q: Can you send me a scan of the back of the stamp?
A: Yes I can. I am always happy to send additional photos of stamps, front or back, for you to get a better look. I do need your direct email if you wish to receive additional photos.
Q: How long will it take for lots to get to me?
A: I despatch material as soon as possible, usually the day following the payment. I mail daily, and sometimes, I am able to ship the same day the payment has been made. For Canada, please allow 3-5 days; for U.S.A. 5-8 days; for Europe 6-9 days; and for other destinations 7-14 days.
Q: My item has not arrived, what should I do?
A: Please contact me! I have found that very few enveloppes actually get lost. In that unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact me and I will do what I can to find it. Sometimes the Postal service misplaces items and they get delayed. It is why I ask that you do give 20 to 30 days before to contact me. Nevertheless, I will always be able to tell you how and when your lots were sent.
