Correct product and fast shipping. Packaging could have been better as I ordered 12 cans of this lubricant and one arrived with the nozzle snapped off. I emailed customer service and they shipped a replacement which arrived the very next day. Five Stars all the way around on this transaction and I will definitely use them again. My only suggestion would be better packaging to save this company money on excess shipping costs and lost product. Thank you to the Zoro team.

Had kind of a weird experience with this seller. They sent me an empty box. I contacted the seller and they immediately responded and sent another empty box. Third time was the charm: they skipped the box and ziptied a shipping label to the item and sent it. Overall I'm satisfied, but it was just a little frustrating having to wait for a needed part to be re-sent twice.
