Shipping & Payment
Payment must be received within 10 days of ordering. If payment is not received within 10 days a "Non Paying Buyer" report will be filed with eBay on orders not paid for within 10 days. All orders are shipped via Ground or US Priority Mail.

 Q : I received an item that was damaged by the shipping company.
  R : If you receive an item that is damaged you must notify us within 24 hours. We will need a copy of the packing slip, pictures of the shipping box (showing any/all damage), a picture of the part(s) that was damaged.
 Q : The urethane part I received appears to be warped or distorted.
  R : Large and/or flexible urethane parts might seem to be slightly distorted or warped upon removal from the shipping box. Place the item(s) in the sun topside down (if a warm day) or in a warm area with a temperature of 80-95 degrees Fahrenheit for 4-6 hours. This will allow the part(s) to become more flexible and return to the original shape.
 Q : Do the GTS headlight covers, fog/driving covers, turn signal covers or taillight covers fit aftermarket lights?
  R : No. GTS (GT Styling) designs all light covers using the factory (original equipment) light assembly shape and size. They cannot guarantee fitment of the covers on a light assembly that is not original equipment to the vehicle.
 Q : Are Headlight and/or Taillight covers legal for street use?
  R : Check the local & state laws in your area before street use. Per the manufacturer these covers are designed for show and off-road use. We do not recommend driving on public roads or highways with the Smoke covers installed as they are rather dark and reduce the illumination of the vehicle’s lights causing poor visibility for yourself and others.
 Q : Can the GTS logo decal be removed from the headlight / taillight covers?
  R : Yes. The small manufacturers GTS logo is a decal and can be removed by warming it slightly with a hair dryer, if any glue residue is left after the decal has been removed it can be removed with rubbing alcohol and water mixed 50/50.
 Q : Can I use headlight, fog/driving light or taillight covers on aftermarket (non factory lights).
  R : No. Per the manufacturer all headlight, fog/driving light and taillight covers are designed to fit the size, shape and contours of the factory (original equipment) lights that came on the vehicle when originally built by the vehicle manufacturer.
 Q : Can I use GT Styling (GTS) headlight or fog light covers on my vehicle that has HID lights?
  R : GTS headlight & fog/driving light covers are not designed to be installed on vehicles that are equipped with an HID light bulb (WHEN THE LIGHTS ARE ON). Due to the heat that is produced from HID bulbs the covers could melt and cause damage to the vehicle. If you have HID bulbs installed the covers have to be removed before turning on the lights.
 Q : Are your products new or used?
  R : All products are BRAND NEW in a factory sealed box (unless otherwise stated on the listing page).
 Q : Do you combine shipping?
  R : Yes. You can combine items from our store and get a $3.00 discount on the shipping price of each additional item. This can be done in the checkout page of eBay.
 Q : Do you ship to HI, AK, APO, Puerto Rico, VI or to other US territories?
  R : Yes. Most items that we carry can be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands (Additional charges may apply). Under the Shipping and payment tab at the top of the page you can enter your zip code or postal code for a shipping charge quote.
 Q : Do I have to pay sales tax?
  R : Yes. All orders being delivered within the state of California are charged 8.00% sales tax.
 Q : Do you ship to Canada or International?
  R : Yes. The items that we ship to Canada or other International destinations are marked for the countries the item can be shipped to. Under the Shipping and payment tab at the top of the page you can enter your zip code or postal code for a shipping charge quote.
 Q : Do I have to pay Duties or Customs Taxes for a Canada or International order?
  R : Any Duty fees or Customs taxes are paid in advance if you choose to use the eBay Global Shipping Option, otherwise it will be the responsibility of you (the buyer) when the item arrives at your location. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
 Q : When are the Duties or Customs Taxes paid?
  R : These charges are collected in advance if you choose to use the eBay Global Shipping Option. If we ship thie item directly to you they will be collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
 Q : Will you ship to Canada or an International destination as a gift so I don't have to pay Duties and Customs Tax?
  R : No. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
 Q : When can I expect my order to arrive?
  R : Once the order has shipped, the average transit times are 2-3 business days for the Western States, 3-4 business days for the Central States, 5-6 business days for the East Coast, 6-10 business days for Canada and 6-15 business days for International.
 Q : How will I know when my order has shipped?
  R : We will send you an email through eBay to notify you that your order has shipped. The label and/or tracking number information can be found under the Won items section of your eBay account next to the item information.
 Q : What is your return policy?
  R : You must contact us for an RMA number before returning an item. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Must be in new resalable condition in the original packaging. Installed, modified (sanded, painted, etc) damaged parts cannot be returned. Any labor / shipping costs are not refundable. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee.
 Q : What method(s) of shipping do you use?
  R : We ship all items via Ground, US Priority Mail, and Truck Freight. Depending on the size and weight of the item being shipped.
 Q : Can I pick up or will call an item(s) to save on shipping?
  R : Our Corporate headquarters is located in Irvine, CA. but we do not have a store or warehouse for items to be looked at or picked up from at this time.
