 Q : Do you combine shipping or offer shipping discounts?
  R : We offer shipping discounts on purchases of 3 or more items from our store when shipped to one address. All items must be purchased within a 24 hour period. Buyer must send a message to seller to advise that they qualify for discount based on purchases.
 Q : What is the handling time?
  R : All listings specify that items are generally shipped within 5 business days AFTER payment has CLEARED. However, we try to ship all items within 24 hours after payment has cleared.
 Q : Do you ship internationally?
  R : We ship worldwide. If you are interested in a particular item and do not see it for sale in your location, please let us know and we will update the listing so that you may bid on the item.
 Q : Is the item listed from retail store?
  R : We provide only Top Quality products. All items are from 'Retail Store' as specified in listing. We do not carry second hand or outlet store items.
 Q : Are the items for sale shipped from a smoke-free environment?
  R : All items are shipped from a smoke-free and pet-free location.
 Q : Will you accept a lower price for a particular item?
  R : Prices are as specified in listing unless listing provides option for 'Best Offer'. We try to provide the most reasonable prices on all our merchandise, while striving to provide 5 STAR customer service.
 Q : Do you have a particular item available in other sizes and/or colors?
  R : Please check our store listings because many times we offer multiple sizes and/or colors in a particular product. If the desired size and/or color is not listed in our store, be sure to check back because we do add listings to our store on a daily basis.
 Q : How often do you add products to your store?
  R : We generally add items to our store on a daily basis so please check back frequently for great deals offered in LIMITED quantities.
 Q : Do you hold or reserve items?
  R : We are NOT able to hold or reserve any items listed for sale. Each item is shipped to the buyer who completes CLEARED payment on a sale.
