Payment

We utilize an automated auction management system – ChannelAdvisor. After all items have been purchased, proceed through the “checkout now” link in any one of the listing pages to complete payment. The checkout cart compiles all your information and notifies us of your payment. We would appreciate completion of checkout within 2 business days of the end of your purchase. The following forms of payment are accepted:

PayPal – Our checkout cart will redirect you to PayPal’s website to make payment. You can also request a PayPal invoice directly from us if you have problems paying through our checkout cart. Please note that if you send a payment directly through PayPal without first going through our checkout cart, we will not be notified of the payment. In this case, notify us of the direct PayPal payment, so we will know to process your order. Failure to do so may lead to a delay in processing your order. Credit cards – Our online checkout cart has a built-in secure credit card processor that accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Alternatively, you may call us by telephone to provide the credit card information to one of our operators. We can be reached toll-free at 1-800-629-3325 or +1-909-568-2800. Please have your eBay user ID and the eBay item number(s) handy when you call to ensure proper processing.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for all orders shipping within California. Tax exemption is available if we are provided with a valid California seller's permit and our filled-out California resale certificate prior to payment. Sales tax cannot be removed once paid, and is non-refundable if the seller's permit and resale certificate are provided after payment.

Returns & Return Policy

At Factory Authorized Outlet, we want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy gives you 45 days from the day you receive your purchase, to either exchange, receive store credit, or get a refund. All you have to do is ship the product back to us.

Return Eligibility:

Your item must be in new, unused condition, and with the original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained for all returns.

A few exceptions:

  • JPW return policy (Jet, Powermatic, Wilton, and Edwards)
  • Power Equipment (products that use gas and oil) –Power Equipment products are not eligible for return once it has been oiled or gassed. Once oiled or gassed it cannot be shipped by law. Factory Authorized Outlet will help facilitate the repair of the product. It needs to be taken to an authorized service center for any repairs or technical assistance, which may be covered under warranty. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  • Any food or food related product cannot be returned for health, safety, and sanitary reasons. Factory Authorized Outlet will exhaust all options to make sure the product works and that you are satisfied.
  • Clearance Items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Scratch and Dent Items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Special Order / Built to Order items will have a 35% restocking fee.
  • Customized Products cannot be returned.
  • Damaged and/or Defective?

    If your item was received damaged or defective, we will either fix the product or exchange for a replacement. All Items will be inspected and/or tested upon return. Upon inspection, if your product is not defective or damaged, you may be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product to you or a refund minus a 20% stocking fee. All products must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be obtained by calling our Customer Service Team at 800-629-3325 with your order information.

    Cancellations

    If you do not wish to complete a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. If an item has free or discounted shipping, the full shipping and handling cost, according to www.factoryauthorizedoutlet.com or our current print catalog for the shipping weight of the item, will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Order cancellations may also be subject to cancellation fee of 15% of the item value.

    Factory Authorized Outlet General Warranty

    FAO warrants purchases against manufacturing defect for 30 days from the date of purchase (see "Return Policy"). FAO makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond this period, unless otherwise specifically and expressly stated. Further warranty may be offered by the product manufacturer. This warranty does not apply to products which are used for purposes other than that which they were designed for or which have been altered in any way that is detrimental to the performance or life of the product. For warranty information on a particular item or to obtain warranty parts/service on an item (if applicable), please contact the item manufacturer

    DuroMax Warranty

    DuroMax items (including, but not limited to generators, gas engines, and water pumps) carry a 1-year limited parts warranty. If, under the course of normal, non-commercial use, the DuroMax item fails within 1 year from the date of purchase, as a result of faulty materials or workmanship, Factory Authorized Outlet will provide necessary replacement or repair parts at no charge for the parts. Labor costs and shipping/handling costs are not included under this warranty policy and are the responsibility of the buyer. This warranty does not cover failure due to normal wear and tear or abuse. This warranty applies only to purchases made directly with Factory Authorized Outlet and only to the original purchaser. This warranty is void with misapplication, misuse, or negligence of the product.
