 Q : What is your return policy?
  R : If you are not happy with this product, return it to us in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days and we will give you a full refund of the sale price. (Sorry shipping charge are non refundable) Faulty items will be repaired if possible, or full refund will be given if replacement item not available. PLEASE EMAIL US BEFORE RETURN IT.
 Q : Do you combine shipping?
  R : Yes, We do combine shipping. Here is how the combined shipping charge calculated, 1. Each additional SAME item shipping charge can be found in the listing. 2. Each additional OTHER item gets $1 off on it’s original shipping charge. If you buying a lot of different items (more than 5) you may ask for better combine shipping rate via email.
 Q : When can I expect my order to arrive?
  R : Item will be shipped out after the same day or the next day of payment cleared. We ship each business day via USPS first class, priority mail for standard delivery. It would normally arrived in 2-5 business day. Or Fedex next day air for overnight delivery. International package will be shipped out via usps airmail or international priority mail.
