Do not purchase from this seller. I ordered a dark gray bumper but received a black bumper instead. The seller has refused to accept it back, stating that they have a "no returns" policy, failing to make an exception for the mis-shipped item. They offered $30 for the hassle, but it's going to cost $300 to get it painted the color that it was supposed to be. Stay away....

Purchased chrome bumper end for my Tacoma. Their supplier sent the wrong part. Contacted by seller representative who apologized for the error in shipping and promised to correct the problem. Later the same day a full refund was issued of the purchase price. Thanks to the seller for willingness to correct the issue.
